Stephen Gledhill

Stephen Gledhill, MPA, is a seasoned professional in the field of employee benefits with extensive experience. Currently serving as Partner and Senior Vice President at USI Insurance Services since June 2017, Gledhill previously worked as an Employee Benefits Consultant at Corporate Synergies and Paychex. Earlier roles include Territory Sales Executive at G&K Services, Sales Manager at Shade Environmental, and Manager of Consulting Services at Affiliated Computer Services (a Xerox Company). Gledhill began a career in public service as Deputy Executive Director at the Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs. Gledhill holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Rutgers University - Camden, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration from the same institution.
