Tressa Johnson

Tressa Johnson serves as the Vice President of Employee Benefits at USI Insurance Services since April 2021, bringing extensive expertise in the field of employee benefits. Prior to this role, Tressa Johnson worked as a Benefits Consultant at Unum from November 2001 to April 2021, specializing in solution-based selling of various employee benefits, including disability, life, and worksite benefits. Tressa Johnson holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
