Wendy Carmichael

Wendy Carmichael is currently the ERISA Counsel and Senior Vice President of Regional Employee Benefits Compliance at USI Insurance Services, where they have served since 2006. They monitor changes in benefits laws and provide guidance on compliance matters, while also creating educational materials and presentations. Prior to their current role, Wendy was an Associate at Courtney & Associates, P.C. from 1999 to 2005, where they drafted health plan documents and advised clients on various compliance issues. Wendy earned a JD from the University of Oregon in 1999 and a BA in Philosophy and Spanish from Vanderbilt University in 1994.
