William Seidler

William Seidler is an Employee Benefits Consultant at USI Insurance Services, where they leverage the proprietary USI ONE™ platform to deliver customized employee benefit solutions. They have held the position of Vice President of Employee Benefits since 2021 and serve as a board member for Dulles SHRM, where they were President in 2022 and 2023. Previously, William worked at UPS as an Account Executive and Operations Supervisor and at ADP as a Broker Channel Manager and District Manager. William graduated with a B.A. from The George Washington University in 2012 and attended Groton School from 2004 to 2008.
