Amber Higginbotham

Amber Higginbotham is an experienced professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as the Lead L&D Instructional Design Manager at USIC since December 2023. Prior to this role, Amber held various positions at AT&T from June 2005 to November 2023, including Senior Training Manager for both Design and Delivery. Amber's career in the telecommunications industry began at Cingular Wireless, where roles included Retail Account Executive and Retail Sales Manager from January 2001 to June 2005.
