Brandi Weaver began their career at USIC in 2014 as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they managed various HR tasks. Brandi progressed to roles such as Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, and Senior Manager of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Director of HR & Benefits, showcasing their growth and expertise in the field.

Brandi Weaver earned their high school diploma in General Studies from Whitesburg High School in 2002. Following that, they went on to obtain a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in General Business from Eastern Kentucky University in 2009. In 2020, Brandi obtained a certification as a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional from Principal CPSP Virtual Classroom.
