Derek Lamle

Derek Lamle, CPA, currently serves as Accounting Manager at USIC since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Accountant at DOXA Insurance Holdings from October 2021 to August 2023, where contributions supported the management of 14 business units across eight states. Derek's tenure at Katz, Sapper & Miller lasted from December 2016 to October 2021, progressing from Audit Staff to Audit Senior, with responsibilities in audit planning, execution, and client relationship management, alongside engagement in community initiatives as Board treasurer for Questa Education Foundation. Early career experience encompasses various accounting positions, including roles at SDI LaFarga COPPERWORKS™, Micropulse Inc., and Michael Grissom CPA. Derek earned a B.S. in Accounting from Manchester University in 2016.
