Joel Geary

Joel Geary has over 17 years of experience in training and development, currently serving as the Regional Training and Development Manager at USIC since April 2006. In this role, Joel has also held titles such as Training and Development Leader, Field Supervisor, and Field Technician, showcasing a progression of responsibilities within the organization. Prior to USIC, Joel worked as the Finishing Manager at Renaissance Stoneworks from July 2004 to May 2006, and served in the US Army as an enlisted member from June 2001 to June 2004.
