Joseph Scarbrough

Joseph Scarbrough is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the utility sector. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of East Operations at USIC since December 2015, Joseph has held multiple leadership roles including Regional Director for South Atlantic and State Director. Prior to USIC, Joseph worked at Utiliquest as Director of Operations from March 2006 to December 2015. Joseph's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University.
