Leah Hernandez

Leah Hernandez has over 20 years of experience in human resources, starting as a program director at the YMCA of Denver in 1998. Leah then transitioned to roles in HR management at Mile Hi Foods, Mile Hi Specialty Foods, and Quality Custom Distribution Rocky Mountain. Leah's most recent position was as the HR Manager at USIC, where they provided coaching, counseling, and training to employees and district leaders. Currently, they hold the role of Director, Field Human Resources at USIC.

Leah Hernandez earned their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 1998. Leah also obtained certifications in SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015 and Professional Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2020.
