Jim Cao has over 20 years of experience in operations and manufacturing, working in various leadership roles. Jim has held positions at companies such as Universal Scientific Industrial Co., UTAC, TE Connectivity, Mindspeed Technologies, Hoya Xponent, Vitesse Semiconductor, ON Semiconductor, and Motorola.

At Universal Scientific Industrial Co., Jim served as the Sr. Vice President, General Manager of the Greater Shanghai Area. Jim successfully built and led the company's SiP module manufacturing operation and consumer wearable SiP business unit, achieving annual revenue of over $3.8B in 2020.
