Benson Hausman

Benson Hausman has over 20 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Benson is currently employed as the EVP, Chief Growth Officer at USIM since 2022. Before joining USIM, they worked at OMD USA as the Managing Director, Business Development and Marketing from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Business Development at Blue 449, a Publicis Groupe Company, from 2017 to 2019. Benson Hausman also has experience as the Executive Director, Chief Marketing Officer at Water Cooler Group from 2012 to 2017, the Director, Strategic Marketing at Leroy + Clarkson from 2011 to 2012, and the VP, Dir of Account Service and Marketing at Lipman from 2010 to 2011. Benson has held various other roles throughout their career, including positions at KraftWorks, Masius Consulting, D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, and Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners.

Benson Hausman attended Ithaca College from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Benson pursued a major in Communications and had minors in Political Science and History.
