Cesar Bueno

Cesar Bueno has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Cesar started their career as a Technology Absorption Manager and Systems Engineer at Raytheon, where they developed software architecture and tested satellite systems. Cesar later worked as a Project Manager at the Airspace Control System Implementation Committee, leading teams and overseeing communication systems. Cesar then became an Executive Manager at the Civil House of the Presidency of Brazil before joining the Aerospace Technology Center as a Program Manager. At USIMINAS, they held multiple positions including Head of the Innovation and Knowledge Management Department, Head of the Marketing Division, General Manager for Steel Operations Control and Management, and finally, the CIO - Information Technology Corporate Director and later the Corporate Director of People Management and Innovation. Cesar also worked as the Head of the Defense Monitoring and Control Group at Embraer and as a Project Management Officer at TAO Sustainable Power Solutions. Throughout their career, Cesar has been involved in various areas such as project management, innovation, marketing, and technology.

Cesar Bueno has a Bachelor of Public Administration from Academia da Força Aérea - AFA, which they obtained from 1984 to 1988. Cesar then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Instituto Militar de Engenharia, completing it from 1992 to 1996. Later, from 2000 to 2001, Cesar attended Harvard Business School, focusing on Strategic Planning and Marketing Management. Cesar then earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, attending from 2002 to 2003. Lastly, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Planning from Universidade Federal Fluminense in 2006.
