Thiago Rangel Bittencourt, MSc., is a seasoned professional in the metallurgical and materials engineering field with a strong focus on customer technical support and quality assurance. Currently serving as Senior Manager Technical Assistance at USIMINAS since September 2019, Thiago leads a team dedicated to enhancing customer performance and product quality. Prior roles at USIMINAS include Customer Technical Support Manager and Executive Assessor, where responsibilities encompassed managing technical assistance and supporting quality improvement initiatives. Previous experience includes a tenure at Companhia Siderúrgica do Pecém as Customer Technical Support Manager, as well as engineering roles in quality control and technical support since 2005.
