Prior experience includes a tenure at SANITIZED AG as Business Development Manager from 2001 to 2011, and roles as Business Manager at both Mathys Ltd Bettlach and Synthes from 1989 to 2001. Michele holds education credentials from Forschungsinstitut für Absatz und Handel Universität St. Gallen and Institut für Kaderschulung, specializing as a certified sales coordinator (eidg. Verkaufskoordinator).
