Mike Seay is the CEO of Allstate Concrete Cutting & Demolition, a family-owned business that has been successfully operated since 2009, focusing on concrete cutting and demolition services. Additionally, Mike serves as the Vice President of Northern Illinois & Wisconsin for the U.S. Minority Contractors Association (USMCA), where responsibilities include recruiting minority general contractors and subcontractors to promote diversity, business growth, and community inclusion.
