Mathew Dalton is a professional with extensive experience in product engineering, research, development, testing, and management. Mathew has worked as a Design Engineer at Latham Pool Products for over two decades before transitioning to their current role as a Mechanical Automation Designer at Ultra Safe Nuclear. Additionally, Mathew has experience in overseeing safety programs as a Safety Compliance Manager and Manufacturing Manager at Pool Cover Specialists Inc. During their time at Heber Valley Artisan Cheese, Mathew enjoyed working part-time on a dairy farm and creamery as a Cheese Finisher & Farmer, allowing him to bond with their children while performing equipment operations, repairs, and general farm labor.
