Crha Guillaume Lachapelle

Guillaume Lachapelle, CRHA, serves as the Human Resources Manager for USNR since May 2022, focusing on establishing HR strategy across operations in Quebec and British Columbia amid a post-merger context. Prior to this role, Guillaume was the HR & H&S Manager at The Adecco Group from July 2016 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing labor relations, standardizing HR and H&S procedures, and developing training programs.
