Megan Weber

Megan Weber serves as the Regional Human Resources Manager at USNR since October 2022, overseeing HR functions across multiple states and leading the implementation of UKG to streamline processes. Prior to this role, Megan worked at Timber Automation as a Human Resources Manager, where strategies for staffing, onboarding, and employee development were developed and implemented. Experience includes serving as an HR Generalist and Recruiting Manager at STARTEK, managing employee relations and recruitment for over 500 employees. Earlier positions encompass various HR and administrative roles at ACCENT Marketing, Gibbs Law Firm, Accelerated Christian Education, Palm Lane Boarding Academy, and Mountain Park Boarding Academy. Megan received a degree in Secondary Education with a focus on Business and Music from Champion Baptist College between 2007 and 2009.
