Shannon Stell, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and recruiting, currently serving as the Recruiting Manager at the USO since June 2016, where responsibilities include identifying passionate employees to support the organization's mission. Previous roles include Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at the USO, Human Resources and Recruiting Manager at StratusLIVE, Recruiting Manager at Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, and Recruiting Manager at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP.
