Elle Colombel

Elle Colombel, CSM, currently serves as the TA Operations Manager at US Pharmacopeia, leading initiatives to enhance global hiring practices and strengthen the Talent Acquisition team’s core operations through data-driven processes and tools. Prior to this role, Elle was the Director of Talent Acquisition at ABL Inc., where responsibility included building the talent acquisition department in a competitive CMO environment. Elle’s extensive experience at Allegis Global Solutions involved serving as a Manager of Operational Excellence and Analytics, developing recruitment strategies for healthcare and life sciences clients. Additionally, Elle held various positions at Kindred Healthcare, directing regional recruiting efforts for a significant portfolio of facilities, and at Genesis Healthcare System, where marketing and recruitment strategies were coordinated for post-acute services. Elle holds a Bachelor of Arts in History/Fine Arts from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and attended The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School.
