Esra Kirdar

Esra Kirdar currently holds the position of Global External Affairs at US Pharmacopeia since November 2023. Kirdar has extensive experience in regulatory affairs, previously working as an Executive in Regulatory & Government Affairs for a pharmaceutical startup since September 2021. Prior to this, Kirdar served at Amgen from January 2012 to August 2021, where responsibilities included the role of Intercontinental Regulatory Lead in Global Regulatory Affairs and Safety, as well as Head of Regulatory Affairs. Kirdar held managerial positions at Pfizer from March 2007 to January 2012 and at Johnson & Johnson from January 2002 to February 2007, along with earlier roles at Eczacıbaşı Baxter, FAKO, and Atabay Kimya, starting from March 1995 and including significant functions in regulatory and quality assurance. Kirdar's academic background includes education from Istanbul Technical University.
