Jessica Moore, PMP, LSSBB, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Strategic Realization Program Manager at US Pharmacopeia since July 2023. Previously, Jessica was the Principal Operational Excellence Specialist at NOVAVAX INC, where initiatives focused on cultural transformation and continuous improvement. At the American Public University System, Jessica held multiple roles, including Senior Manager of Career Services Operations and Manager of Communication and Engagement, implementing growth strategies and strategic communication plans. Early in Jessica's career, significant experience was gained as the Senior Health and Wellness Coordinator at Verizon, managing employee wellness programs. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown.
