Lindsey Joerger

Lindsey Joerger serves as the Senior Director of Strategy Implementation at US Pharmacopeia, where a significant portfolio growth was achieved through effective oversight of new product development. As Co-Founder and Co-Chair of the USP Global Women's Network, Lindsey established the organization's first DEIB group, advocating for women's career development and the implementation of enhanced benefits like paid parental leave. A notable assignment as Director of COVID Vaccine Strategy involved leading a team to enhance vaccine distribution in collaboration with WHO, UN, and various health ministries, positively impacting over 1 billion patients. Previous roles include Director of Knowledge Strategy, where the utility of knowledge assets was maximized, and Director of Global Strategy Planning, which focused on developing strategic growth plans. Earlier experience includes positions as Senior Manager and Manager in Editorial Services at US Pharmacopeia and Editor at the FDA. Lindsey holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Kenyon College.
