Michael van Veen

Michael van Veen has extensive experience in the field of human resource information systems (HRIS) and technology. Michael has held various leadership roles in companies such as US Pharmacopeia, Dragos, Inc., 14 West, Maxim Healthcare Services, and Arbitron.

At US Pharmacopeia, Michael currently serves as the Director of People Operations, Technology & Analytics. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the organization's HRIS and analytics functions.

Michael began their career at Arbitron, where they served as a Sr. Project Analyst, Quality Assurance Team Lead, and Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist. Michael coordinated cross-functional projects, built a Quality Assurance department, and ensured compliance with methodology and procedures.

Michael van Veen obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County between 1995 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended Etty Hillesum College from 1990 to 1995 and focused on IFSM studies.
