Ngira Nguru

Ngira Nguru is an experienced monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) and programme management professional, currently serving as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Communications Manager at US Pharmacopeia since 2025. They previously held roles at Chemonics International, including Project Officer and Senior MEAL Officer, and contributed as a MEL Specialist at DAI. Ngira holds a Master's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation and a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. With significant experience in development projects across Kenya and the Eastern and Horn of Africa regions, Ngira has demonstrated a robust commitment to enhancing project outcomes through effective MEL practices.
