Niket Kharshikar

Niket Kharshikar's work experience begins in 2004 as an SME - Technical Support at Sitel. In 2005, they worked as a Lead at IBM Daksh. From 2006 to 2012, they were an Operations Manager at TechMahindra Ltd., where they managed various projects and implemented cost-saving initiatives. In 2012, they joined COMPUCOM-CSI SYSTEMS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED as a Sr. Manager - Service Desk. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Synechron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Manager Technology Operations, overseeing a range of IT operations and supporting major clients. Following that, from 2018 to 2022, they served as a Mobilization Program Manager at Accenture. Currently, in 2022, they hold the position of Director Of Information Technology at US Pharmacopeia.

Niket Kharshikar completed an Executive Programme in Information Technology Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a PGDBA in HR from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2004 to 2006. In 2020, Niket also obtained certifications in AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from AWS and ITIL 4 Foundation from Axelos, specializing in Cloud Computing and IT Service Management respectively.
