Sara Wahab

Sara Wahab has extensive experience in customer experience and workforce management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Customer Experience at US Pharmacopeia since June 2019. Previously, Sara worked at Verizon from December 2003 to March 2019, where roles included Sr. Manager of Workforce Planning and Analysis and Acting NEA HQ Resource Management Associate Director, among others. Sara's responsibilities encompassed project management, forecasting, and optimizing call center operations for large teams, in addition to driving initiatives that enhanced customer satisfaction and employee performance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and a Certificate in IT Project Management from the University of Maryland University College, as well as an Associate's Degree from Montgomery College.
