Peter Neels is a seasoned customer experience (CX) strategist and leader with extensive experience in various senior roles at Zendesk, where since July 2015, Peter has provided CX consulting to enterprise accounts and directed customer advocacy systems. Previous positions include Vice President of Service Delivery at CONCORIA, where Peter was a founding executive responsible for day-to-day operations, and Vice President of Customer Service at Shaklee Corporation, where Peter developed and implemented comprehensive customer experience strategies that significantly improved satisfaction and operational efficiency. With a background in managing customer care operations at Yahoo! and SBC Datacom, as well as foundational roles in the telecommunications sector, Peter Neels holds a BA in Marketing from the University of San Francisco.
