Vimala Raghavendran

Vimala Raghavendran has an extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Vimala started their career as a Resource Mobilization Associate at the International Partnership for Microbicides in 2004 and worked their way up to become a Senior Policy Associate. In 2009, they left the organization.

Afterward, Vimala joined Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in 2010 as an Intern for a short period.

In 2011, they joined McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and worked there for four years until 2015.

Later in 2015, Vimala joined US Pharmacopeia as the Director of Country Planning and Operations. Vimala held this position until 2016 and then transitioned to the role of Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Senior Director of Enterprise Strategy and Analytics. In 2020, they became the Head of USP Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Center. Currently, they are the Vice President of Informatics Product Development at US Pharmacopeia.

Vimala Raghavendran completed an MBA in Healthcare at The Wharton School from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Economics from Knox College, where they attended from 1999 to 2002.
