Kaitlin Wiles

Kaitlin Wiles is an experienced professional currently serving as an IC Compliance Specialist at USPack since February 2023, while also working in Communications and Human Resources at Discovery Church since January 2022. Previously, Kaitlin held various roles at PLANET SMOOTHIE, progressing from Associate to Manager from March 2016 to the present, focusing on guest service and product quality. Additionally, Kaitlin contributed to quality guest service at UNIVERSAL STUDIOS STORE ORLANDO LLC as a Pass Sales representative from September 2018 to March 2019 and performed customer service duties at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from June 2015 to March 2016. Kaitlin earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Central Florida between 2016 and 2022, following a high school diploma from West Orange High School in 2016.
