Lieutenant Commander Candice A. Todd is a commissioned officer in the United States Public Health Service, currently serving as a Recruitment Specialist with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security since 2023. With a background as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, LCDR Todd has previously worked as a Senior Instructional Officer for the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health and as a Physical Therapist at the Federal Bureau of Prisons from 2018 to 2021. LCDR Todd has also held leadership roles in the Commissioned Corps, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Currently, LCDR Todd is pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and the University of Louisiana Monroe, respectively.
