Ciarra Jones

Ciarra Jones, MSPH, currently serves as an Epidemiologist with the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service, starting in September 2022. Previously, Ciarra held the position of Federal Emergency Management Specialist at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, focusing on emergency assistance and program evaluation for disaster recovery. Ciarra's experience includes significant roles at UNC Health as a Quality & Organizational Program Lead, managing patient feedback analysis across North Carolina, and as a Consultant at High Street Consulting, where public health initiatives and COVID-19 response projects were emphasized. Early career contributions include public health data management at the Harnett County Health Department, microbiological research at Campbell University, and various operational roles at Campbell University Athletics. Ciarra holds a Master of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sports Science, both from Campbell University.
