George Chow

George Chow, MS, serves as an Information Technology Specialist at the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service since September 2012, overseeing a team of 13 specialists in the development and sustainment of the HHS CARES System Platform. With extensive experience in program management and IT within various government agencies, George has held senior roles including Senior Program Management Officer at the FDA and Senior Supervisory IT Program Management Officer at USCIS, where leadership of projects and cross-functional teams were pivotal. George's expertise spans IT governance, data analysis, system security, and strategic IT recommendations, supported by a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor's in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.
