Sheila Upton is a retired Commander from the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and a certified Emergency Nurse (CEN). They earned an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Clayton State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from the University of Oklahoma. Sheila's extensive nursing career includes roles as an RN in nursery care, ED Nurse Manager at Muskogee Regional Medical Center, and Assistant Chief Nurse Executive in the Indian Health Service. Formerly serving in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve, they demonstrated leadership and clinical expertise throughout their career until retiring in 2016.
