William Chang

William Chang, MBA, PE, is a Lieutenant Commander in the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service, where they serve as an Engineer category officer and a National Incident Support Team tier 1 member. They previously held positions such as Principal Engineer at Ascensia Diabetes Care and Sr. Regulatory Management Officer at the FDA. With extensive experience in product development in the medical sector, William has contributed to various companies including Teleflex Medical OEM and Medline Industries, where they managed manufacturing engineering and launched innovative medical products. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies at the U.S. Naval War College.
