Amanda White

Amanda White has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amanda is currently the Director of Human Resources at United Surgical Partners International, Inc since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Spectral MD from July 2020 to August 2021. Amanda held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Mustang Creek Estates - Residential Assisted Living and Memory Care from April 2019 to March 2020. Within the same company, they also served as the Director of Human Resources from April 2014 to April 2019, where they designed and implemented HR infrastructure to support organizational growth. Earlier in their career, Amanda worked as an HR Generalist at The Legacy Senior Communities from June 2012 to April 2014, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Fort Worth Community Credit Union from August 2009 to June 2012. Amanda also gained experience as an HR Intern at Think Finance in 2009, a Supervisor and Administrative Assistant at TCU Police Department: Froggie Five-0 from August 2005 to June 2009, a Policy Manual Intern at Acme Brick from August 2008 to April 2009, and a Human Resources Summer Intern at Cash America from May 2008 to August 2008. Amanda holds SPHR and SHRM-CP certifications.

Amanda White, SPHR, SHRM-CP obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Studies - Human Relations from Texas Christian University in 2009. In 2011, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). In 2015, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. Amanda plans to obtain the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification from HRCI in September 2023.
