Brent Ohlsen is a seasoned executive in corporate development and mergers & acquisitions within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of M&A and Development at United Surgical Partners International, Inc since 2023, Brent has held significant roles at Gryphon Investors and Vision Innovation Partners, focusing on multi-site healthcare services platforms in eye care and behavioral health. Brent’s experience includes a prior position as Vice President of Corporate Development and M&A at LEARN Behavioral and Director of Corporate Development at U.S. Dermatology Partners. Additionally, Brent has a strong background in investment banking, having worked at firms such as Houlihan Lokey and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.
