Donna Worley

Donna Worley, PMP, BRMP has a diverse work experience history. Donna began their career as an Implementation Specialist for MedSeries 4/Siemens in 1995, where they focused on Order Communications. Donna then transitioned to SoftMed Systems, Inc. in 1998, working as a Project Manager until 2003.

In 2004, Donna joined Perot Systems as a Project Manager, overseeing teams and ensuring project success through effective planning and implementation. Donna later moved to Dell Perot Systems in 2007 as a Product Manager, driving the product and business-planning process and analyzing consumer needs.

Donna took on a new role at 3M Health Information Systems, Inc. in 2012, serving as an Engagement Manager. Donna assisted clients in implementing 3M's suite of applications, managing client relationships and ensuring contract fulfillment.

Since 2014, Donna has worked at United Surgical Partners International, Inc. Donna initially served as the Manager of IT Client Services, overseeing multi-functional teams and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Donna later advanced to the role of Director, Operations Delivery/Ambulatory Portfolio/Business Relationship Manager, where they set strategic goals and implemented operational systems to increase efficiency and productivity. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Operations.

Throughout their career, Donna has demonstrated strong leadership skills, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to effectively manage teams and projects.

Donna Worley, PMP, BRMP, has a strong educational background in the field of health administration and political science/public relations. Donna obtained a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Scranton in 1995 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Public Relations from Elmira College in 1992. In addition to their degrees, Donna has also obtained certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2009 and as a Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) from APMG International in 2018.
