Kristen O'Connor

Kristen serves as a market president of USPI, responsible for operations in the Tennessee, Virginia, Alabama and North Carolina markets.

Previously, Kristen served as a Regional Vice President at USPI, leading operations in California, Nevada, Arizona and Wyoming. Prior to joining USPI in 2015, Kristen led her own healthcare consulting company in San Francisco focused on growth and development in both the independent ambulatory surgery center market and private equity backed healthtech industry.

Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Finance and Economics from West Texas A&M University.
