Shannon Kinder

Shannon Kinder has a strong background in financial analysis and accounting. Shannon began their career in 1995 as a Senior Staff Accountant at HCA Healthcare, where they gained experience in financial reporting and analysis. In 1997, they moved on to Bristol Hotels as a Senior Hotel Accountant. Here, they further honed their skills in financial management. In 1998, Shannon joined United Surgical Partners International (USPI) as a Senior Accountant, where they managed accounting and financial reporting functions. Shannon later became the Business Office Manager at USPI Grapevine SurgiCare, leading a team in financial accounting, patient admissions, and medical records. In 2009, Shannon was promoted to the role of Director of Financial Analysis at USPI, where they conducted detailed financial analyses for potential acquisition targets and led acquisition integrations and transitions. Throughout their career, Shannon has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a dedication to accuracy and compliance in financial operations.

Shannon Kinder earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas, completing the program from 1990 to 1995.
