Annie Elia began their career in the United States Postal Service in 2020 as a Business Analytics Trainee within the Professional Development Program, where they rotated through various teams, including Brand Marketing Mail and Sales Operations & Planning. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Operations & Planning Specialist, Annie develops shipping collateral for the national USPS Salesforce and edits a bi-monthly newsletter featuring insights from Sales Representatives and Leadership. They graduated cum laude from the University of Dayton with a bachelor's degree in marketing and a minor in business analytics, and hold various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Yellow-Belt. Passionate about professional growth, Annie also co-hosts national sales webinars and conducts extensive research to support Sales Representatives.
