Austin Lowe

Austin Lowe is a dedicated professional specializing in organization design, talent management, and employee engagement. With experience as a Workplace Strategy Consultant at Unispace from 2017 to 2019, Austin analyzed workplace performance and guided organizations through transitions. They served as an Associate Industrial/Organizational Psychologist intern at Fields Consulting Group, where they developed performance assessments and conducted job analyses. Currently, Austin holds multiple roles at the United States Postal Service, including Senior Organization Design Consultant, where they lead enterprise-wide organizational research and restructuring efforts. Austin earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2018.
