Barbara Dixon is a retired professional with extensive experience in mediation and dispute resolution. Since September 2002, Barbara has served as a Public Arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), ensuring fairness in the broker-dealer industry. For over 24 years, Barbara has been an External Panel Mediator for the United States Postal Service's REDRESS Program, focusing on employment disputes. Barbara's mediation experience includes roles with the Ohio State University HR Consulting Mediation Panel and the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, addressing a range of issues from juvenile domestic violence to employment grievances.
