Bob Dufek

Bob Dufek is currently the Head of Labor Relations Strategies at the United States Postal Service, where they develop labor negotiations strategies for over 500,000 employees. After graduating from Georgetown Law School, Dufek began their career as an associate in the Morgan Lewis DC office, specializing in Labor and Employment Law, and became a senior partner in 1983. Their extensive experience includes representing major entities in collective bargaining negotiations and various industries such as healthcare, publishing, and professional sports. Dufek holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government, as well as American History, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
