Carol Caines has a diverse professional background in both cosmetology and customer service. Caines began her career as a cosmetologist at Uptown Hair Design from June 1997 to April 1998, later working at The Hairloft Salon and Day Spa until October 2003 and at Main Street Hair Design until January 2007. In 2017, Caines transitioned to the United States Postal Service, serving in various roles including Field Account Representative, Senior Territory Representative - Sales, and Supervisor Customer Service & Delivery, contributing to effective mailing and shipping solutions for large companies until July 2021.
