Charles Bonner

Charles Bonner currently serves as the California District 6 COR Technician at the United States Postal Service, a position held since 1997, where duties include moving territory, aligning routes, and adjusting lines of travel using the COR program and DSR information. In addition to this role, Charles has been a letter carrier and an active steward and officer for the Union. Charles is also the President of Branch 4149 for the National Association of Letter Carriers since September 2009, overseeing nine cities in the Palm Desert Area and serving as a steward since 2006 and Vice President in 2009. Prior experience includes working as a Corporate Trainer for Carrows Restaurants Inc. from 1987 to 1997, where training was provided to waiters, bartenders, and managers. Educational background includes attendance at New Mexico Junior College from 1983 to 1984 and Hobbs High School from 1980 to 1983.
