Charles Walker

Charles Walker is currently working as a Senior Business Service Network Specialist at USPS since June 2010. Prior to this, Charles served in the US Navy from May 1993 to August 1996 as a Quality Assurance Representative. Charles attended Virginia State University from 1989 to 1993 for their education. Additionally, Charles is a retired member of the US Navy, having served from September 1983 to October 2003.
