Dan Tangherlini

Dan Tangherlini is a managing director at Emerson Collective, specializing in real estate investment and community development through public-private partnerships. With over 30 years of experience in government and private sectors, they previously held significant roles, including Administrator of the GSA and Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Treasury. They currently serve on the U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors and have advised several organizations on government affairs and innovative technology solutions. Dan earned multiple degrees from the University of Chicago, including a BA in Public Policy and an MPP, as well as an MBA from The Wharton School.
