Diego Basabanda has a diverse background in customer service and program analysis, currently serving as a Program Analyst at NASA, focusing on budget management and resource assessments for complex programs. Previously, Diego worked as a General Merchandise Expert at Target, providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining merchandise standards. Diego also held positions as a General Expeditor and Mail Processing Clerk at the United States Postal Service, coordinating mail operations, and processed transactions as a Cashier at Dunkin Donuts. Diego is pursuing an education at the University of Central Florida from 2023 to 2026.
